Winter Sports Conditioning is back!Sep 25, 2008 This class will focus on sports specific strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, agility and coordination. Each class will include a warm-up , group drills, stretch, 10-station circuit, sports specific tips and informational handouts. The program will begin and end with “Ski or Boarding Fit” assessment.
