This program will challenge participants to burn 200 calories per day through a dedicated exercise regime five times per week for 3 months. For instance, participants could swim 22-25 mins. or walk @v 5mph 30-35 mins. per day to burn approximately 200 calories. Participants will receive a team coach, Big Burn calorie tracking system, t-shirt, website to convert exercise time to calories burned and a chance to win a Big Burn specific vacation and other great prizes.
